The far well described theory of our education system is often lauded at the
stage..statements by the media, our politicians, often over the discussions on several
platform would have been heard to the people..
The question is have we really improved our education system? the ingredients through
which the frenzy of system is designed are often untouched and retains in
depth..however the establishment of higher education institutes like IITS, IIMS and BITS
really nurture the talent..but to the talent reaching there..t he point is to be as a
part in these institutes, which have maintained the continuous reputation over the
education world, with the a lot of stuffs ,motivated by th e practical education world and
in real by the major milestone organization existing outside the country..requires a lot of
effort and a compatible environment along with the practice and making the mind here,
before reaching there.
The quantity of students who reached over there since last decade have been
increased compared to the large time, that passed away, before the recognition of
country on the globe of participating a vital role in the era of educational growth.
It is proudly stated by the India, that outsourcing is our strength, developing thousands
of working professionals. this is due to involvement of young generation into the
globalism or into the middle class age, which is now really keen to participate in
imparting their role for the educational growth, so it can be told to anyone easily that
awareness of people toward the education is being raised and most importantly raising.
Are our institutes and system is still able to satisfy t he expectations? I would say
no..because availability of true education has been decreased..very few, I would rather
say no body(in the large aspect) is knowing how to establish a system of quality
education to all. the ratio of skilled student s is negligible compared to the number of
students who gets in..
More over the few qualitative education is available only to who can survived into this
competitive world, where one has to invest more(in terms of finance and continuous
motivation),still very few finds the era belonging to their interests and rest are running in
circular path.
The globalized aspect of Indian education system has been attached to the modernity
only, and have been failed exactly to nurture a true talent and most importantly getting
out the result, and making the hard work possible through students. It seems all is all in
a mess.
Quality education is not at all available to the students who stays at the places situated
far away from the urban area, and even the urban are cultivated by the unnecessary
competition mostly which sustains on the air..the transformation or better say
transaction of a talent of far situated area to the urban is not satisfactory because 1st
of all it seems difficult and most of the time launch the talent into the dug, similar to a black
hole out of which light can’t come out..
The 1st step of education is motivation and that can be provided to the ruler areas by the
farsighted teachers, who have accomplished something in life, otherwise without that
always link will be broken. The medium of primary education available to a small town is
completely incompatible with the higher education and this is responsibility of
government to provide and run a better plan which can be practically implemented on
ground. establishing the organization who can really help the research foundation for
the technical and professional education th rough the primary step and for the villagers
in deed will motivate and will be a boosting step. this will restrict the arise of fake
organization who makes use of un-nurtured talent just for sake of their use, their
business..
Solution:- Education is the field where variation is needed to nurture the quality of
product, with the use of word product, signification of an analogy developed between
the industry and education era is critically examined.
In industry era product is related with the target of achieving some predefined thing, or
a value which is precised enough for the close venture to introduce in the market, and
mentioning even though severe use of research and development over the scheme, the
product is fixed and designed prior to use.
While in the field of education target is replaced with the aim or a tagline, which will be
a basic platform for the development of talent , in my opinion it is same as the
difference between science and engineering, engineering is unique and belongs
to particular, but era of science is very vast.
So always there is a chance of positive movement to develop varied talents in students.
The profession is opted by the personal choice, choice is motivated by the intimate
spark of a feel, and even a glimpse of the interest towards the particular is nourished by
giving the true education. motivation is t he key, demolishing the uniformity besides
following some conventional rules for setting up.
Individual talents are to be developed, even though students are to follow basic
methodology which support the myth of education system, to grow some of the
elements required to be pursued in this competitive world, but their would be no
conflicting if syrup of innovation and in dependency of thought by the invitation of valued
education is given to students, highly professionals are even able of developing
personal skills, whether befor e or after some time.
However elementary institute will require some of the credentials always, like
critical reasoning ,knowledge of arithmetic’s, basic laws and most important self
discipline, but this stuff must be handled on the level of each student.
The other thing is a teacher must be able to understand the difference between
expressed need and inferred need of a student, some of the needs by the students are
not expressed verbally or in any manner, a good teacher responds to the silent request,
and after servicing the need, teacher can identify the consequences of need, whether
they were obstructing the institutional welf are or not(if they are not harmful).planning
can be established and reasons can be developed for teaching the particular.
More over intrinsic interest is balanced by the reviva l of the spirit of hobby and
personal interest, otherwise restriction and applying conditions for the better performing
towards approaching an object, will force the teachers to stick on the matter and
students to stick on what they have to study, so better if balancing is done, result is
however defined in non spontaneous way, outcome may profound later (depends upon
the zeal of students that who continues to learn) they, but personal satisfaction will be
more for a teacher.
A hope is always there…and an act is always best..
